The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records through timely and precise accounting entries, invoice preparation, payment processing, and expense claim reviews. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices and they will be required to process accurate payments to the stakeholders to deliver the Suetech’s value proposition.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other related
  • Professional qualifications from either CPA or ACCA will be

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To drive transparency and complete audit trail of transactions by receiving invoices and all relevant supporting documents as guided by policies and standards. The position holder shall also be responsible for posting/creating of invoice entries into the company systems (ERP)
  • To be the point of contact for finance in all operations, sales reporting, expenditure analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial
  • Verification of payment vouchers and reconciliation of discrepancies within the books of
  • Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
  • Responsible for the preparation of the annual budget statement and performing monthly variance
  • Lead the planning and execution of the financial function including those necessary for auditing, budgeting, and financial management in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, policies, and procedures/guidelines.
  • Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • In charge of conducting out due diligence
  • Preparing the monthly profit and loss report.

Additional Qualifications

  • A good understanding of managing accounts and information needed to support forecasting and budgeting
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • High degree of integrity with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with payroll as well as statutory payments
  • Ability to work independently, but as part of a small team, on different
  • Computer literacy and computerized accounting
  • Good planning and organizational skills and efficient work
  • Good skills in conflict resolution/problem solving, teamwork, crisis management
  • Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints
  • Well-organized in work and filing
